Contact and Estimate Request Forms

When you submit a form on this site — including a request for a free estimate — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and any project details you share. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule estimates, and provide the services you've requested. We do not sell your information or share it with third-party marketers.

Comments

If this site ever allows visitor comments, we collect the information shown in the comment form along with the visitor's IP address and browser user agent string, to help detect spam. An anonymized string created from your email address (a "hash") may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it; Gravatar's own privacy policy is available at automattic.com/privacy. If your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible next to your comment.

Media

If you upload images to this site, please avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from any image posted here.

Cookies

We don't sell or rent your personal information. Estimate and contact form submissions are sent to Shutter Crafts staff by email so we can respond to your request. If you request a password reset for a site account, your IP address is included in the reset email.

How Long We Retain Your Data

We keep contact and estimate form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain accurate business records. If comments are enabled, comments and their metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve legitimate follow-up comments automatically. If any users register on this site, their profile information is stored until they update or delete it; administrators can also view and edit that information.

Your Rights Over Your Data

If you've submitted a form, left a comment, or have an account on this site, you can request an exported copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to erase it. Email [email protected] to make a request. This doesn't include data we're required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where Your Data Is Sent

Comments submitted to this site (if enabled) may be checked through an automated spam-detection service. Form submissions are sent directly to Shutter Crafts and are not routed through outside marketing platforms.
